At Foundations Therapy, we see every child as a puzzle.
A tangram puzzle is a two-dimensional puzzle with seven pieces and can be used to create an infinite number of designs.
Just like a tangram, each child comes to Foundations Therapy with needs. We strive to find the right solution for every child and family. Serving Tampa Bay area for over 20 years, we are passionate about working with every child that enters the doors of our Clearwater, FL clinic. We believe every child is unique and wonderful in their own way, and it's our mission to provide individualized care to each child and support to their families until each piece of their puzzle is exactly where it needs to be.
